Calming the ferals

We have taken on housing a mother and 2 kittens that have been abandoned, the mother was microchips, however the 2 kittens are feral sadly. We've tried several calming products, but this does seem to show promise.
We can't administer the drops as prescribed, but we place it on their food every day. It may take a while, but we'll keep up with it.
