Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind or wrong items purchased. As orders are processed within 2 business days, there may be a small window of opportunity where we can amend your order before it leaves us. You will need to notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to hello@petrelief.com.au with your order number.
Damaged/Faulty Products
Please inspect your order on receiving it and notify us within 7 days if there are any problems with your order. For any damaged in transit orders, as part of our policy we require a photo of the product/s, the packaging and the packing invoice sent to hello@petrelief.com.au
Once we have received your email with your photos, we will contact you.
